Order Cancellation

Delivery
“onlineparadisegroup.com” provides FREE Delivery for all products sold on “www.onlineparadisegroup.com” to your beneficiary address. (Kindly check Pin Code for Delivery Serviceable Area). There are no hidden charges applicable. Delivery time would be 5-6 working days from the day you placed your order, there could be delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances too. Any delay in the delivery due to stock unavailability or some technical issues that will not considered in the shipment date/days.

Return and Refund Policy
All products purchased from “www.onlineparadisegroup.com” cannot be returned once they are delivered to the customer. In case the products purchased are received in a damaged condition (Not Working/Manufacturing Defect) and not physically damaged, customers are requested to contact our Customer Care Centre and return the products in original packing, manual & accessories within 3 Business Days from the date of delivery.
